Responsibility to OurselvesPersonal Responsibility is one of the key concepts to our recovery; it involves taking action and doing what needs to be done to get well and stay well.
It’s not easy and it can take time. When we take ownership of our life and our future we can gain back control of our lives. Trust in God, clean house, and attend meetings.
To Thine Self Be True. Honesty Openmindness and Willingness = HOW It Works
To do the Aa program love life and enjoy your sobriety .!!!!
i continue to have difficulty putting responsibility to myself first so my sobriety suffers
I understand I’ve made the same mistake too, I’m back on track now. Smashed the thought that I can drink successfully. 5 weeks in jail did that for me.

After a 7 month period of step work and sobriety, being conceited and not accepting responsibility for my wrongdoings lead me to another 6 month relapse. Grateful to God and my friends in AA for another chance and today is 2 weeks! Love you all!
