Thanks Chloe, the other day I was thinking if I put on my jeans I’m going to the liquor store, if I put on my sweats I’m going to the gym. Very thankful I made the right choice. Ended up having a great week at work, went to the gym every day as opposed to torturing myself and possibly ending up in detox (again) or worse. Day 45
